Mark is Chief Executive of Integrity Trust Limited, a specialist trust management company. After 17 years in the trust industry Mark became concerned that trusts were being sold to clients often without sufficient pre-planning or education of trustees on what is expected of them. It was for these reasons Mark co-founded Integrity Trust in 2005 with Gavin Hazelden to educate trustees on their responsibilities and help them discharge the obligations of their role.

Mark is the author of the recently released book ‘Trusts – A Kiwi Sham?’ and is a regular speaker on trust matters, including co-hosting a weekly radio show called Bags of Money on Kiwi FM. Mark has a passion for charity and is actively involved in the emerging community foundation movement in New Zealand.
